Upon successful completion of a transaction, the User enters into a legally binding agreement with us for the purchase of the product and/or service offered on the Platform. Cancellations may be permitted only if explicitly mentioned on the Platform and shall be subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
All cancellation and refund requests are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification before processing any such request.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases where the product and/or service delivered does not match the description provided on the Platform or where there is a clear deficiency in service.
Any refund request must be raised within three (3) days from the date of the transaction, or within such period as specified on the Platform (which shall not be less than three days). Requests submitted after this period may not be entertained.
Users may initiate a refund request by contacting us on vortexinnovators2k24@gmail.com, along with a clear reason for the request and any supporting information, if required.
Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment method within the timelines prescribed by Razorpay.
